What is your return and exchange policy?

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped using a trackable delivery method appropriate to your delivery location. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number. If you created an account, you can also get details on any of your orders in the My Account section of the website.

How can I contact Customer Service?

You can contact us at [email protected] or by phone or Whatsapp on +44 07546 904293. Or you can see our Contact Us page here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We have a large network of professional printers in multiple countries. Where possible, we will print and ship your item to a printer in the country that the item is shipping to, which helps keep shipping costs down and get you your purchase as quickly as possible. We will ship the item from the nearest location if we can’t do that. Shipping costs will be clearly itemised once you enter your shipping address at checkout.

What are your processing and shipping times?

In general, we begin production on the day that the order is submitted.

For ready-to-go items (not customised) our professional network of printers will receive your order and begin printing it as soon as possible. Production time is 1-5 days (usually only 1 day, other than in very busy seasons such as Christmas), and shipping is usually 1-5 days. When you enter the delivery address, your estimated shipping time will be shown at checkout.

For customised items, such as those with names added, we have a turnaround time of 3-5 days to create the customised product, and then it will follow the same rules as above.

Clothing:

How are clothing items made?

Everything is professionally printed, not created at home. You won’t find any sticky iron-on vinyl in any of our clothing, or any of our items. Everything is designed to be durable and last a lifetime of wear.

Technology & Inks used in our Clothing process

Our printers use professional-grade printing machines to produce outstanding full-colour direct-to-garment (DTG) prints at 1200 DPI, using cutting-edge Innobella inks. Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test. !!

Quality control for Clothing items

From start to finish, we have multiple checkpoints to ensure you will receive the correct product with a high-quality print and enjoy a pleasant unboxing experience.

Packaging control for Clothing items

We ship our products in self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhering adhesive seal strips and UV-protecting coating inside. Resistant to punctures and tampering. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders are packaged in a corrugated box. This helps to keep the cost of shipping down, and we pass any savings on to you through our product pricing.

Mugs:

How are mugs produced?

All of our mugs are professionally printed. The design is printed into the mug rather than on top (a process known as sublimation), so that they are durable, machine washable and dishwasher safe.

Technology & Inks for mugs

State-of-the-art equipment and technology are used in all of our operations. Using high-quality and reliable proprietary printing techniques and the best equipment in the market, we can achieve outstanding print results for all types of full-colour designs.

Quality control for Mugs

Multiple quality control checks throughout the process ensure that your mug is perfect when you receive it.

Packaging control for Mugs

Mugs are shipped in polystyrene boxes that are easy to open, with the two-part pack slotting together to provide all-round secure protection, including a slot for the handle. The packaging has been specifically designed to keep the mug perfectly protected during transit.

Aprons:

How are Aprons produced?

Our aprons are all professionally printed using the latest technology and dyes.

Technology & Inks for Aprons

We use sublimation printing for excellent results. The design is clear, dyed into the fabric, and long-lasting.

Quality control for Aprons

Quality runs through everything we do. Every person takes pride in what they create and checks the product as it moves through the manufacturing process. Any issues are raised to the Production Supervisor and only products that meet our finished standard leave the factory.

Packaging control for Aprons

Shipped in self-sealing poly mailers. Packages are tightly secured, providing excellent protection during shipments.

Fine Art Posters

How are Fine Art Posters produced?

All of our posters are professionally printed to a very high standard. The inks used are archival that won’t fade, even in sunlight. The paper that we use is museum-grade paper that will last a lifetime.

Technology & Inks for Fine Art Posters

We print using the digital print method. For all artwork, high-end inkjet printers are used with 12-colour Aqueous. Acid-free archival inks are used to print on museum-grade paper. Museum-grade paper is known to be archival, which means it can be stored for a long time without turning yellow.

Quality control for Fine Art Posters

Premium quality materials are used for canvas, posters and wall decals. Our printers have an in-house UV test chamber, so the materials are continually tested to ensure that colour will withstand time.

Packaging control for Fine Art Posters

Prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in an extra thick triangle box/tube. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters and up to 3 pieces per tube for large-size posters. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

Are your Fine Art Posters framed?

Unless they are sold as framed posters, our fine art posters are printed and ready to be framed by you. We do this because we know that the choice of frame is very individual to each customer – people would like a frame that matches their own decor. We also do this to keep shipping costs down for our customers – a frame is heavy, and the added cost of shipping means that you can probably source one locally at a lower cost.

Canvas Prints

How are Canvas Prints produced?

Our canvas prints are professionally printed to ensure that colours remain true, the finish is perfect, and the canvas will last a lifetime.

Technology & Inks for Canvas Prints

For all artwork, high-end inkjet printers are used with 12-color Aqueous. Acid-free archival inks are used to print on cotton rag canvas. Cotton rag is with 400gsm standard, natural white colour, matte and ultra-smooth.

Quality control for Canvas Prints

Premium quality materials are used for canvas, posters and wall decals. We have an in-house UV test chamber, so the materials are continually tested to ensure that colour will stand the test of time and last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available.

Packaging control for Canvas Prints

The canvas is packed in a sleeve. The sleeve with canvas is then packed in a fold-over cardboard box fit for the canvas with straps on the exterior of the box.
