Viking Shields
These were for a fancy dress party. Three of us were going as a group costume, as characters from the TV series Vikings. The shields are replicas of the ones used in the show by Lagertha, Ragnar and Rollo. Medium: Acrylic on Wood
Dragon Egg
This was made for a child of a friend of mine who, when asked what she would wish for if she could wish for anything, wished for a dragon egg. It was somewhere around 14 inches tall. Medium: Acrylic on Papier Mache
Pop Art Sneakers
Some cheap white flat-soled sneakers and some markers. Easy project. Medium: Sneakers, Sharpie Markers
Venetian Masks
These were a simple but fun project. Created for a group who were going to the Secret Cinema showing of Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo and Juliet. Medium: Foam mask forms, glitter, glue guns, feathers, acrylic paint!
